About
Who am I?
Hi all, I’m Lee Green, but my friends call me LJ.
A number of years ago, I received a sudden and abrupt message from the universe reminding me that tomorrow wasn’t guaranteed. It woke me up from the daze of living how I thought I should, of wanting more but never allowing myself the permission to explore it. I realized with absolute clarity that I needed to live life now. I couldn’t continue simply dreaming about where I wanted to be and what I wanted to be doing “someday”. I needed to turn those dreams into my reality.
Nomadic Minimalist
The first step I took in my journey to live my dreams was to become a true digital nomad. I sold everything, packed a carry-on bag, and traveled the world, running my consulting tech business from my laptop. It was an incredible few years, traveling all across the States, Europe, and Australia. I love experiencing new places and people, connecting with those I met, and finding ways to live life to the max while being a minimalist. I ate freshly baked pretzels on the riverside in Berlin, attended an outdoor cello concert in Switzerland overlooking a lake at the foot of the Alps, experienced the fusion of foods created in downtown Melbourne, and paddled a canoe through the street canals of the Netherlands.
But after a few years of never knowing where I would be from month to month, I grew tired of the uncertainty and anxiety. I decided to travel back to the U.S. to set up a home base; somewhere I could return to between my travels.
Game Changer
Shortly after setting up a home base, I met an amazing person and we began local adventures around the deserts of the US Southwest. While I was living a lifestyle I loved of freedom and adventure, I wasn’t working in a way that I loved. I often spent 12 hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week, hunched over my computer. I felt the heavy burden of needing to work more to earn more, stuck in the money trap. The pressure and feeling of being out of sync with my very soul caught up to me time and time again. I knew I needed to make a change.
After some long conversations with my partner and a few mindset shifts, I changed the game yet again. We moved out of the apartment we’d leased, bought our first RV, and realigned our lives with new desires and dreams. I focused energy and time on renovating our tiny home and I threw myself into the process. I’ve always loved reclaiming materials and giving them new life and purpose, and now I could put those skills to practice in our home. In doing so, I was able to reclaim more of myself too.

Life Reclaimed
I reclaimed my life yet again and it has been amazing! I continue to check in with myself, to live in a way that I feel free, energized, alive, and connected with that spark at the core of myself. For me, that’s what this life is all about!
